Justin White

While many athletes started competing as children, I did not find my sport until I was in my 30's. I went from a 365 lb. pack-a-day smoker who could not walk 4-5 blocks without my back hurting to a 2x full ironman and 8x half ironman finisher. I am a certified run and triathlon coach and I formed Tabula Rasa Racing as a way to leverage my knowledge and experiences in endurance sports and give others the roadmap to accomplishing their own athletic goals.

Katie Kissane

Katie has a diverse experience as an endurance athlete, coach, and registered dietitian. Her passion is working with runners as well as experience working with endurance athletes of all types including triathletes, swimming, and obstacle course racing (such as Spartan). Katie also has experience with athletes in the sports of powerlifting and CrossFit. 

Katie has been an athlete from the age of 12 and has continued to pursue new challenges including her first ultra marathon (50 miles) and an obstacle course race in 2017. She has run 10 marathons including the Boston Marathon in 2017 and the New York Marathon in 2024. Katie’s philosophy is that everyone has their own personal journey and there is no one size fits all when it comes to nutrition and coaching. She believes anyone can benefit from nutrition education and nutrition coaching. Katie understands that nutrition needs may differ depending on the time of year, activity, goals, and other personal factors.
